Terms of Service

At Ford Haymour & Associates, we strive to provide you with the highest quality legal services available, and to develop a strong working relationship with our valued clients. The following terms govern the relationship between the law firm and the client and represent our commitment to providing you with exceptional legal services. 
 
  1. Confidentiality and disclosure: All communications between the law firm and the client are confidential and subject to the attorney-client privilege. The law firm and the client will not disclose any information provided to us without the express written consent of both parties. 

  2. Attorney-Client Relationship: The law firm provides legal advice and representation only to the client and not to any third party. The law firm will not share or discuss confidential information with third parties unless expressly requested by the client. 

  3. Legal fees and charges: The legal fees charged by the law firm will be outlined in the engagement letter agreed upon prior to initiating services. The law firm will notify the client in advance of any additional services, fees, or expenses that may be incurred. 

  4. Quality of Services: The law firm will provide legal services with a high degree of skill, care, and diligence. The law firm expects that the client will cooperate and provide any necessary information or documentation to complete the services in a timely and efficient manner.

  5. Termination of Services: Either the law firm or the client may terminate the legal services arrangement upon written notice. Upon termination of services, both parties will undertake reasonable efforts to finalize any pending matters in the interests of the client. The law firm will hold all documents and information provided by the client for a reasonable amount of time after termination.
